Avant-propos

Voy. Its catastrophic impacts will be felt beyond the traditional horizons of most actors - imposing a cost on future generations that the current generation has no direct incentive to fix. That means beyond the business cycle, the political cycle and potentially beyond the horizons of technocratic authorities, like central banks, which are bound by their mandates.» |

Zie, Larry Fink's 2022 Letter to CEOs: The Power of Capitalism, https://www.blackrock.com/corporate/investor-relations/larry-fink-ceo-letter, «Most stakeholders - from shareholders, to employees, to customers, to communities, and regulators - now expect companies to play a role in decarbonizing the global economy. Zie hierover, M. Carney, Value(s).
